Paintbrush carved from Te Tauihu Pounamu and backed by a wooden panel featuring a drawn sketch of Anjali mudra (representing gratitude) that has been gloss sealed in front of an acrylic painted path with tree symbols of growth. Both are framed in a magnetic openable frame.

This piece was a gift for my mentor; matua Jon Jeet. It represents my gratitude for his guidance in directing me back to my art and the growth that has resulted.
